Credit Service of GE Money Bank owns and issues Feldman Furniture Credit Card Accounts. If you wish to proceed to the next page to apply online for a Feldman Furniture credit card, you will be providing your personal information to Credit Service of GE Money Bank.

Important Information About Opening an Account:

To help the U.S. government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the USA Patriot Act, which is Federal law, requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

This means, that as part of Credit Service of GE Money Bank s application process for a Feldman Furniture credit card account, you will be required to provide your name, address, date of birth, social security number and other information that will allow us to identify you. You may be asked to provide other identifying documents, such as driver s license, passport or alien identification card.

To apply online you must:

• be at least 18 years of age.
• be a U.S. resident residing in the United States.
• have a U.S. Social Security Number.
• have a major credit card.
• have a street, rural route or APO/FPO mailing address (no PO Box addresses).
